Blame the Surfers.

No waves. No problem. Somebody strapped a board to their feet, pointed it downhill, and the rest is history that the surf world has been quietly taking credit for ever since.

Snowboarding didn't come from the mountain. It came from a bunch of surfers who couldn't sit still when the ocean went flat. They looked up, saw a perfectly good slope covered in powder, and thought — yeah, that'll do.

We've been doing it better ever since.

The mountain just needed the right people to show it what it was capable of.

Welcome to The Boards. We know where we came from.
